Who we are
Byron’s Brittle is a timeless candy tradition passed down from the mountains of Wyoming in the 1950s from Byron to his son Kurt in the early 2000s. The family brittle recipe has always contained a bounty of premium Spanish peanuts, giving it unparalleled thickness.
Byron shared this brittle for over 50 years, and we have been making his brittle recipe for friends and family for over a decade. So, we are finally excited to share it with the broader public. We are selling Bryon’s Brittle in ½ pound and 1 pound increments for our inaugural year.
Bryon’s Brittle is guaranteed to be airy, golden, crunchy, and have melt-in-your-your-mouth goodness. We make all the brittle in small batches and always use premium ingredients to ensure the most scrumptious bite.
Kurt and Joe (along with their trusty side-kick, Brody) look forward to carrying on this delicious family tradition in honor of Byron.
